Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment clearing. Orders placed at weekends are processed the next working day.

• United Kingdom: typically 3–7 working days from dispatch.
• Europe: typically 7–14 working days from dispatch.
• Rest of world: typically 10–20 working days from dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak periods can add time.

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend.

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Please check your delivery address at checkout — we cannot change it once a parcel has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it went unclaimed, we will reship it or refund the item cost once it reaches us.

Orders delivered outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email support@getsmileshine.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will replace or refund it.
