Adding an item to your basket is an invitation to buy, not a contract. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Any "was" or crossed-out price shown next to a bundle is the combined value of the items included when bought individually, not necessarily a price previously charged for the bundle. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider; your order is dispatched once payment clears.

Delivery timescales, costs and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

UK and EU consumers have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. Our own 30-day money-back guarantee goes further; full details are in the Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Smile Shine is a consumer oral hygiene device. Information on this site is general and is not medical or dental advice. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, and speak to a dentist about any specific condition, treatment or persistent symptom.

All text, images, video and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place fraudulent orders.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
